Hmmmm.... seems like Markus Hennig was wrong.
Today Beta 5 is available, but where is version 2 Final.
Will it be available at midnight ??

It is ready and we have signed it off for release on friday.

Markus (our packager) will prepare the ISO and it will be available for download monday.

Those running a recent beta can also update via Up2Date 1-2 days later. (BTW: 1.952 ist de-facto 2.0).

1.8xx users can update their running systems to 2.0 via Up2Date in the first 2 weeks of september (we must test the 1.8xx -> 2.0 VERY carefully).

Is there a problem with ver.2 package that has been released? when I download the package it showes various results, sometimes the file is 50 meg in size other times it's 150 meg. sometimes when the download is unpacked it complians that it's an incomplete .gz package other times it's not recognized as a .gz package at all.  I've tried both the mirror site as well as the Astaro site.

is there still a problem with downloading ASL 2.0?
Which client do you use?

We've had the same problem trying to download the 2.0 .gz using HTTP.

I've tried netscape and IE using both the http and ftp.  I finally got it to work by doing a ftp from the command prompt.

Does anyone know when the uptodate upgrade to v2.0 will be available?

Im wondering the same thing, where is the upgrade to 2.0 ?? Or when is it comming....
