HELP! I'm about ready to throw asl and my computer out the window!

I have installed v1.8 and can't seem to get out to the internet. Install seems straight forward enough but it still not working. Here is what I have so far:

Network Interfaces:
Gateway: 24.191.76.1
hostname: ool-18b4ca.dyn.optonlin.net

eth0: 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
eth1: 24.191.76.95 255.255.255.0


Definitions->Networks
LAN 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0

Masquerading:
LAN->External

Packet Filer-> Rules
LAN -> any -> any -> any allow


And I still can't reach outside my local net. Please give me some ideas as to what might be wrong! I am at the ned of my rope. I've been working on this along time now and I am about to bag asl even though I am sure I'd love it if I could get it running.
