FTP to ports other than 21

I can help you, but you'll have to answer 2 questions  [;)]

1. Do you use NAT ? (DNAT, in this case)
2. Do accessing clients use FXP (server-to-server) transfers ? If not, do they use passive or active data transfers ?

    Hi there,

    i just set up Astaro Linux, everything works fine, except one thing:

    I have 2 ftps which run on non-standard ports ( != 21). I can connect to them, but a directory listing fails, because the firewall does not allow the ftp-data connection (because it doesnt't know my control-connection is a ftp-control-connection).

    Any ways to fix this ?
