SOPHOS UTM 9 renew certificate error

Hello, I received this error message when renewing the certificate, following this problem all my let's encrypt certificate cannot be renewed,
does anyone here have this problem

In the error message, "Manual renewal" means you can retry (or renew) at any time.

The last time this happened, toggling off the LE certs then re-enabling fixed it.

Toggle it off, then click apply. Wait 20-30 seconds, then toggle on, hit apply again.
