Same here, running multiple HA pairs - SG550s, CPU running at 100% - identified rrdtool process as the culprit. Firmware 9.714-04. Timezone set as London/Europe. Painfully slow to login and administer through the GUI, restarted secondary and waited for the sync to complete - painfully long time to complete this - 45min. Failed over to secondary from master. This fixed the issue for us straightaway, CPU went back to normal levels and all services returned to normal.
