  • Hello  ,

Thank you for reaching out to the community, in the logs we noticed that the status code is 502. A 502 bad gateway message indicates that one server got an invalid response from another. In essence, you've connected with some kind of interim device (like an edge server) that should fetch all of the bits you need to load the page. Something about that process went wrong, and the message indicates the problem. Request you to check with the ISP or meanwhile if you have another ISP you can test with that ISP too.

    Thanks & Regards,

  • thank you for the quick reply. can still check settings on the firewall if necessary? According to ISP everything is fine so far and no errors could be detected.

  • by adding src ip 172.31.101.11 under the Filtering options > MISC > Transparent Mode Skiplist > Skip Transparent Mode Source Hosts/Nets
It's working right, let me know if you have any further quires !~

    Thanks & Regards,
