Sophos UTM 9 email

I have a question on how Sophos UTM 9 send its reports? I have been looking through the firewall to see if there is a setting for the SMTP server or does it magically talk back to Sophos HQ and send the reports https://nox.tips/? (those are under logging & reporting). Its for some reason stopped a few weeks before I started here.

Under 'Management > Notifications'. You can set up your information there. I've noticed that Gmail stopped allowing me to send my reports and notifications some time ago, if that is what you are using.

If Amodin's suggestion doesn't resolve your issue, please give an example of a report that has stopped.
