using latest version of UTM would like to configure Zoom phone/clients. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The only thing I did for Zoom was add a web protection exemption for it (zoom.us) with these Skip checks. We only have laptop clients we use for it.
I suppose another option would be to create a DNS Group object and add it as a firewall exemption. By making it a DNS group and not just a DNS host will allow it to grab all of it's assigned IP addresses for that domain (currently 22 IPs).
