in the AP firmware 11.0.017 was a bug which lead to unresponsive APX120 devices because the firmware upgrade failed.
This was fixed with firmware 11.0.018.

Why is the new UTM 9.709 Release bundled with this old and broken AP firmware and not the newer one?
Or is this only related to SFOS?
