VPN not dropping after 10 hours even with MFA

We use OKTA for our SSO MFA, and we noticed that after 10 hours (our key life time) the VPN stays alive even though its supposed to send a prompt to the user to see if they want to stay connected via OKTA.

Ive tested with setting it to 120 seconds, and ive noticed it does drop the connection after 320 seconds.

Is there any way to fix this? or is this expected behavior?

    Are you seeing anything in your logs that would show a problem?  

    I'm not sure what the duration is that's the 'cutoff' allowance, i.e., no more than <x amount of> seconds, etc.  What happens if you put it back to default of 8 hours (28800)?

    I havent seen anything.

    We have a RADIUS server in between, but even if we change back to the 8 hours its the same issue
