Have you tried restoring the 8.3 backup?  The last I knew, any backup 7.5 or newer should work.

If not, PM me and I'll load 8.309 to the MediaSoft FTP site and tell you where to download it.

Unfortunately, a restore under the current version did not work.

Marc, login with an FTP client to ftp.mediasoftusa.com on port 21 with the credentials I'm sending via PM.  I will change the password on Monday.
