Problem downloading Sophos UTM and compliance process

Hello everyone:

I am trying to access Sophos UTM home Edition from this link:

https://secure2.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-tools/sophos-utm-home-edition/download.aspx

I complete the process and have created the account but still I do not see it in my account. Then I try to reply to the compliance email and seems Sophos is having server issues.  I have tried to contact web support but they say they can only support enterprise customers. So here am I trying to get support. Email error from Sophos bellow.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    That mailbox is being migrated to export@sophos.com so try email back to this mailbox, make sure you add the Case ID that came when you received the email about the compliance failure.

    Additionally, you can send me via PM your email address, and I can check for you if your email has been accepted.
