"Remote resource can't be reached" when connecting via RDWeb (Sophos WAF and RD Gateway)

Hello,

I am having a problem with my RDWeb connection to the internal server:

I have the RDWeb access configured via WAF, and I am able to log into RDWeb.

However, when trying to connect to the RD server, I get the above message "remote resource can't be reached".

Any ideas what it might be or what I can do to troubleshoot?
