Sophos UTM, SG v9.7

Does Sophos support "reverse proxy" / WAF content caching ?

Hi H_Patel, Thank you for the response. Customer wants to move load from backend, for speed, by caching static data on devices like a "proxy". In this case the Sophos UTM.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

A firewall makes a new connection with the backend server and does not serve everytime; there is no option to configure content caching for WAF.

Could you please explain your use case for this feature?

You could use a linuxsystem with a squid-proxy for this purpose. http://www.squid-cache.org/
