[Sophos Notification] Advisory: SUM and UTM - SUM SSO to UTM web admin is not working.

Overview

Admin will not be able to quickly access the remote UTM in order to make admin changes with the SSO feature.

Impact

Admin will not be able to quickly access the remote UTM in order to make admin changes with the SSO feature.

 

Current status

Development is currently investigating the issue

 

Release information

All support versions of UTM seem to be affected. 

  

Workaround

Log into UTM directly with a valid administrator account

  • Hello - Are there any updates on the estimated time of repair on this issue? We have several UTMs that are remote to our location, the furthest being over 1,000 away, and we are not able to travel to all locations to physically access the firewalls.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos community!

    You should be able to access the UTM if you refresh the page you should get the login, you would need the Admin credentials as SSO is not working.

    As the estimated time of repair UTM dev is targeting a fix for next week!
