command to force master to slave

Hello All,

Is there any command to force master to slave without rebooting Master.

Checked initial configuration everything is properly setup.

 

Please advise.

    Hi Morris,

    Restarting middleware will force a failover.  Almost 8 years ago, one of the original developers, Ulrich (da_merlin), recommended a command found in the KB article Alex linked to in his second post above:

    ha_daemon -c takeover
