how to get console port number

I used to login the console from web browser https://192.168.2.1:2424

after 2 weeks,im not able to access it anymore..Browser showing Cant reach this page.

My internet and LAN is working fine.Also I tried to login the user portal for vpn ,same error occur.

I've done a restore to 3 months back and still not able to access the console.

 

What should I do now?

    If you have SSH access of the device, you can enter cc get webadmin port to get the WebAdmin port. And use cc get portal port to get the user portal port number. If you don't have loginuser and root password, please follow the steps from this KBA: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/115346. Using this, you should be able to identify the port number of the WebAdmin and user portal. Also, you can temporarily allow ANY network for WebAdmin access as suggested in the KBA.
