SG115 Status LED keeps blinking after update to 9.603-1

Hello,

 

after i updated my SG 115 to Firmware version 9.603-1 and rebootet the device, the Status LED keeps blinking (green).

The SG works fine and i can't find any error message.

has someone else had this behaviour  and know how to resolve it?

    Hi Thomas and welcome to the UTM Community

    If it still does that after two more reboots, you will want to get a case open with Sophos Support.

    Hi Bob,

     

    thank you for the answer.

    no change after more than 5-6 reboots.

    Sophos Support told me i have to be a Gold or Platinum Partner for receiving help from them and i should call a Sophos Partner or Distributor.

     

    i think i will use the weekend to reinstall the previous OS Version.

    if the LED returns to the behaviour described in the manuals i'll try to do the updates manually one by one.
