Firewall unable to resolve .care top level domain

Hi,

We have a customer that is sending us email with a top level domain xxxx.care ie ".care" which the firewall is unable to resolve.

The UTM is using google and Cloudflare as forwarding resolvers which are able to resolve such domains.

Does anyone have a resolution/suggestion or is this something hard coded into the UTM DNS server
