DynDNS Not Updating

Question

Hi all I've recently started playing with dynamic DNS through FreeDNS and I've noticed that the firewall isn't updating the IP address (been static IP till now / new ISP). I saw a bug from 2013 and would hope they fixed it from back then.

Is there a common failure here or some sort of common fix?

Thanks, I will post some of the content which should be shared so that others can see if they have any suggests to make. This mostly looks to be an issue with DNS since it says bad hostname. Check with your UTM's DNS and internet connection. I'll also add to what I sent in the message. Take the Shell access and check; 
 1. Do a lookup, nslookup checkip.dyndns.org (If this fails that means it's an issue with DNS). 
 2. Do a connection, wget checkip.dyndns.org (This should connect and download the index file which will contain UTM's Publick IP). 
 Once we have that in place, we can check for the other things.
