If you want to receive PMs from others, you must change that to 'Everyone' in your 'Settings'.

Apparently, the default for PMs isn't set on 'Everyone', so if you want to receive PMs from others, you must change that in your 'Settings'.

    This is a known issue actually two things: (1) PM setting should default to 'Everyone' and allow any member to changed, (2) that change should be saved.

    Number two was set for the next minor release but as Astaro.org was pulled we are delaying that release and re-prioritizing the update.
