MAC Address List Vanished

Hello there,

I've been using Sophos UTM for almost a year now and loving it.

However, on three occasions this year my mac lists (approved devices) have simply vanished and I have to add them all again. This is very time consuming and I have no idea what could be causing it.

Does anyone have any ideas what may cause this or have witnessed this behaviour themselves?

This behavior hasn't been reported here since MAC Address Lists were added as a feature. I would change the admin password and set up a separate account for you alone.

Thank you for the suggestion but it is only myself at home that has access to the UTM.

No one else accesses it and the logs verify that. It has happened a few times now without anything to show in the logs.
