Website bloked by Sophos Firewall.

Dear Expert.

We have a user trying to load an investment website and it was blocked by our Sophos Firewall with [Categories : Potentially unwanted Programs].

Currently, I temporary allowed the website to by pass our Firewall by disabling the Potential Unwanted Programs option located at "Web Protection"-> "Filtering Option"-> "Categories Tab"-> "Criminal Activities".

After unchecked the Potentially unwanted Programs, the user was able to load the investment website.

 

Question:

  1. Instead of disabled/unchecked the Potentially Unwanted Programs option, are there any method to allow that individual website to by pass our firewall?

    Under Web protection -> Filtering Options -> Websites you can add websites and configure them to overrule the category.
