Do you mean that you want to redirect a request for support.domain.com to issues.domain.com/servicedesk?

Redirect would be the worst case scenario but something i could live with. Preferably I would want to show only the support.domain.com as in reverse proxy way.

Well I think that's the difference between doing the redirect on the server itself and doing a Request Redirect with WAF.  Have you tried this?
