Benutzername und Passwort für Internetzugang werden sporadisch abgefragt

Hallo,

 

seit der Umstellung unserer Sophos UTM 9 SG 230 Firmware 9.413-4 auf Webfilterung für bestimmte Gruppen und User , erhalten wir sporadisch die Abfrage nach Benutzername und Passwort. Außerdem haben wir im Netzwerk WLAN-Accesspoints (D-LInk o.Ä.) in Betrieb und dort erfolgt nach einer Zeit eine Trennung, so das man sich immer wieder neu verbinden muss.

Wir haben nur diverse Kategorien gesperrt und 3 Webfilterprofile angelegt. 

Woran kann die Abfrage nach Benutzer und PW liegen?

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment.  )

     I assume you're configured as in Configuring HTTP/S proxy access with AD SSO.  Although the article is aimed at Standard mode, 98% of it applies to Transparent mode, too.  Which mode are you using?

    vielen Dank für die Antwort.

    Wir verwenden den Transparent-Modus.

    Das Ganze fing an, als wir die Webfilter und Webfilterprofile bearbeitet haben.

    I'm not sure whether the UTM uses NTLM or Kerberos when in Transparent, Hans-Peter, but NTLM can be flaky.  About the only thing I know to try is an unjoin/join - unjoin by using incorrect credentials on the 'Single Sign-On' tab and then join again with correct credentials.  Did that help?
