Notification - "WARN-726 VPN connection using Site-to-Site is down" is not working

Hi Matthias,

Could you confirm that this notification is still enabled? It is under Management > Notifications > Notifications > Logging/Reporting > WARN-726

If it's enabled, could you check whether the notification was sent from your Admin notifications log?

Also, check the SMTP log to be certain that the notification was sent after it was generated by the Notifier.

This notification is enabled. I also get other notifications but not when the VPN Connection breaks up.

Every day at 8 p.m. we have our daily reconnect from the internet interface.

until now I have never been notified that the connection is broken.

I have viewed the log. At this time no notification was sent by mail.

Did you activate an SMTP smarthost on the 'Advanced' tab of 'Notifications' Matthias?
