Astaro ASG220 Web Admin Basic Installation Problem

Hi, i have an Astaro ASG220 and it is on version 7 of the Astaro Security Gateway, however I've only recently purchased this and when i go to perform the basic installation, i get an "UNKNOWN" pop up like the one shown in the included screenshot below. How can i fix this? I have tried looking for the V6 iso image but that cannot be found anywhere on the web, or even

the download.astaro.com page.

Hi Patrick and welcome to the UTM Community!

I doubt that anyone still has V6 around 10 years after it was end-of-life. If you want to use V9.506, you will want to download the software ISO. You probably will also want to upgrade to 4GB. Try a Google on:
