Beta License expired - where get a new one?

I went through the same thing and was very confused by the heading of the url I have provided below.
Basically you have to follow the instructions and apply for a new licence, fill out all the paperwork and watch your nominated e-mail box.

I will upload a new one right now to the overview post which is valid until the end of november. Note that your normal "ACC" key also works just fine, as we've not changed the license behaviour...
