On the screenshot I can (barerly) see that you are on the On Demand Reporting tab. Are you sure that all devices support On Demand Reporting? ODR is supported for ASG V8.200 and higher.
On the screenshot I can also (barely) see that the area below the tab seems to be empty. This indicates that you see a text:
"There are no devices connected or your current access level is insufficient"
Do you use organizational units? Is it possible that there are no devices in your current organizational unit?
Which user are you logged in as? Is it possible that you don't have the rights for any devices as the current user?
Are you sure that all devices allow reporting data to be sent? This can be disabled on the ASG/UTM under Management -> Central Management
