    as a summary:

    UTM-M Shared Secrets whitch contain the '&' (ampersand) character may not work. On UTM-M this works ok, but if you enter the password on the UTM it may be modified in a way which breaks login to the UTM-M.

    Workaround:
    Use Shared Secrets which do not contain the '&' (ampersand) character.
