[8.930][FEATURE] no chance to link a WIFI user to a VOUCHER

Hi all
Have you found a way to link a WIFI user (like a guest in a hotel) to the voucher that I received by the receptionist for instance..

I tried to find a match, but I didn't find anything.

It's very important (also for forensic analysis) to have a chance to connect a Voucher to a user. For instance in Italy, (even if it's not mandatory by the law anymore, but still largely used) hotels ask guests to sign a copy of the voucher that they received, in order to be tracked in case of need.

I would suggest to add just field in wifi live log, field with the mac address/ip address and the password associated.

    A typical log would look like the following:

    2012:04:03-12:25:06 asg-3 hshttpd[16018]: portal="REF_HotPorDemo" user="ujojeqak11" mac="38:e7[:D]8[:D]5:ce:54" comment="Room 213" action="login"

    So there is an association between the voucher/user and the MAC address. If you want the user's real name to appear in the log, you would have to edit the Comment field for this particular voucher. In the example above, "Room 213" could be replaced by "John Doe". However, this is a manual step to be done for each voucher.
