[8.900][BUG] Problem with pending access point display in Wireless Protection

It seems that pending wireless access points will not display unless one "expands" the section in Webadmin --- this drove me nuts for a bit.  I suggest items like this start out expanded as it's something an admin would want to see ASAP.
