It seems that pending wireless access points will not display unless one "expands" the section in Webadmin --- this drove me nuts for a bit. I suggest items like this start out expanded as it's something an admin would want to see ASAP.
While you are fixing the default, please do something to the buttons so they are more obvious, different colour, larger, labels, any or all of these would be good.
