[9.000][MYTH] Every 15 Minutes 100% CPU Usage

Hi together,

what is this for a problem? 
Every 15 minutes the CPU Usage goes on nearly 100%. 
A restart don't solve the problem.
Any idea?
Version 9.000-8.
