I noticed that under Management/WebAdmin Settings there are 10 languages available. First of all, Portuguese is misspeld. Seconf of all neither Portuguese or Spanish works. Is that something experimental or UTM 9 will have full support to, at least these two languages.
You're right regarding the typo, and we're tracking the misspelling as Mantis ID #22027.
Regarding your second point, I just checked it and it works here on my box. You have to log out and log in again to see get the proper localization. Did you do this?
