[9.000][OPEN] HTTP proxy 100%

about 1000 Melbourne time something updated both my UTMs and caused the httpproxy to use 96% of the available cpu.

I have disbaled the proxy on this UTM so I can post to the UBB.

The up2date log does not show any entry for updates at 1000. So, I have no idea what is the cause at the moment.

I was quite happily surfing the web before 1000, now it is just timeouts.

The error is in the fallback log - daemon:err] [irq[3031]: interface.c:575: Error: read: Resource temporarily unavailable.

A restart appears to have fixed the problem.

    So after rebooting my primary server and disabling the proxy filtering service.  Once the primary switched back over to master I gave it a few minutes and I have now renabled the proxy service.  After doing that everything is appearing to return to normal so I'm not quite sure what the blip was but it appears to have passed.

    My UTM v9.000-8 appears to have had the same issue Saturday at 7 PM CDT. Attempts to browse any website resulted in "Connection to server timed out."

    I did not check the processor utilization but the WebAdmin was a bit sluggish. A restart corrected the problem.

    My UTM9 experienced the same thing at just before 7pm Mountain Daylight Time on Saturday, June 30th.  I wasn't home but my wife said something was up with the internet.  I got onto a local machine via RDP and found very erratic CPU usage reported by vSphere.  I wish I would have been home to investigate further but I wasn't so I just initiated a restart of the UTM VM and it was fine when it came back.
