[8.980][DUPE] Unable to view webadmin in IE9

The issue has returned. i've tried cache cleaning and deleting everything to no avail. i don't run anti stuff on my desktop. win7 x64 with ie9 in 32 bit mode.

Well, since it's IE9, we have the chance to get a few more bits of information using "
F12-Tools
". Try pressing F12, and look for any errors.
