[8.965][FEATURE] Multipath by Interface

Several interfaces are available, and when I want to create a rule by interface, nothing is displayed.

Multipath rules only apply to Uplink Balancing interfaces,
so you must have Uplink Balancing enabled.

Also note, Uplink Balancing is currently not supported for IPv6.
