[8.960][FEATURE] SMTPS and SMTP port

I have 8 public address and I have see that there are open port 465 and 587
on all of them.
How can i block or at least bind to only one ip as smtp?
I have try to create a firewall rule but doesn't care, ports still open on all public ip.
