[8.960][BUG] Misleading error message (Surf Protection)

Hi all

I think the error message is misleading when the http-proxy tries to fetch a page and the other server times-out. (Is it then really blocked from Surf Protection?)

While trying to retrieve the URL:http://../
The content is blocked due to the following condition: The URL you have requested is blocked by Surf Protection. If you think this is wrong, please contact your administrator.
