[8.951][MYTH] SIP does not work anymore

I had a working SIP Setup with 8.3.

Now with 8.951 and possibly earlier betas as well I have the problem that when I am calling everything is fine, but when I am called I can hear the other end but the other end can not hear me.

Do you see any dropped packets in the packet filter log file?

No, and I am not sure anymore that this isn't a problem with the devices themselves.

I think I (or to be more exact, the fritzbox) have a very very strange problem that's not necessarily astaros fault.
