[8.951][MYTH] Firefox Memory Leak

Hi all,

The other day I left Firefox running the UTM dashboard... by the time I got back to it the workstation memory was used up and it had paged out a whole bunch more. This happened on all the XP SP3 systems I tested and Vista running FireFox 9.??? or 12.0, see images for details. I haven't tried Windows 7 yet, I'll do that now.

I thought I saw this issue here before but couldn't find it, sorry if this is a repeat.

Isn't that something that you should report to the Mozilla guys then?

I haven't seen this anywhere else.... thought it might be something WebAdmin was doing.

Well, this happens on a regular basis on other websites too... flickr.com comes to my mind here.

I'll close this as a MYTH, okay?

Hmmm, I haven't run into this ever with FireFox but I guess there is always a first time. I just googled "firefox memory leak" and I guess this is their problem. Might as well close this!
