[8.951][ANSWERED] free Sophos 8.0.3C for Mac no AutoUpdate

Hi,

the autoupdate of the free Sophos Antivirus for Mac does not work any more.
It starts downloading but then it stop after some bits an then there is the
message, that the primery updateserver cannot be reached.

If i connect the mac to the internet without the UTM 8.951 it works fine again.

Do you have IPS enabled? Or HTTP(s)-Proxy? If so, can you please have a look in the log file if there is any hint.

Hi,

no Http Proxy but IPS is on:

If i disable IPS it works fine.
