After you disable the Flash reporting you dont have any reporting graphics on iPad, the graphics does not exist anymore.
i Hope the Development Thema can replace the Flash parts with dhtml scripts, like in my Post before:

the dhtml reporting Tools can create the same stuff like the Flash one, but without Flash and its 99.9% Cross Browser compatible. I use this Tools on other webbased projects too.
