[8.940][BUG] RED 10 Rev.3 does not connect using USB Stick

We tried using a Huawei E162 which work fine connecting to an ASG v8. After moving RED to new v9 beta the RED does not connect to ASG using 3G / UMTS, Network is running well. There must be an issue. Config for RED was identical.
