[8.940][CLOSED] Http proxy timeouts again

I had enabled ipv6 when this came up yet again.  dual stack still not working right?

now that i've disabled ipv6 I now get things like this:

if i disable the proxy it of course works fine.  So now even though i have turned off ipv6 i still get timeouts on various sites.  Any ideas?

    @Traxxus, do you have any exceptions enabled in webprotection ->webfiltering->exceptions. Try disabling them all and see if it helps a little. The problem doesn't go away completely when disabling exceptions but its not unbearable like it is with the exceptions enabled.

    Mlenk logged into my machine when this first came up and looked at my setup. I am running in transparent mode also, but as traxxus says the mode of operation doesn't matter.

    This is going to be a huge problem if not fixed during the beta as the user base installing the final product will be much much larger than the people beta testing it.

    Thank for answers. Disabling exceptions does not help, not a little [;)]
    Run into a timeout while i post this answer.
