[8.940][CLOSED] Unable to enabled Encryption method for internal users

Hi All

It seems that I am not able to enable encryption for new users as per pic attached. For example, I want to enable opnpgp for the first user but nothing happens

Thanks
  • This seems to be resolved with version 8.940016
  • Hi wingman,

I'll mark the thread as CLOSED.

    Cheers,
    Cristof
  • Hi Cristof

Can you please re open this. I am not able to disable this now. I have tested with chrome 18.0.1025.168 m and but I can't replicate this with FF 12
  • Wingman,

can you please check the /var/log/confd.log and /var/log/confd-debug.log for exactly the time when you hit the icons to enable an internal email encryption user that does not get enabled then?

    Thanks in advance,
    mlenk

  • Okay, so at least from the Confd side this looks like normal operation...
