[8.930][DUPE] Unable to download file with Web Protection On

Hi all
I'm unable to download the HP Configureaider from the following URL, with the Web Protection on even after making a rule to allow hp.com.

Looking at the Live logs I see "pass" and no errors"".
The Sophos opens the down load window "passthrough.fw-notify.net/.../downloader.html"
But no information is displayed in the window (with both IE and Firefox).

If I turn off Web Protection and turn on Http port rules, this file downloads OK no problems.
