[8.930][CLOSED] HTML5 VPN Portal performance connecting to ACC

I set up a connection to my ACC through the HTML5 VPN Portal.  Very slow, to the point of being unusable.  Lots of screen refreshing going on and the location of the mouse is slightly off where it appears to be.

If I establish an SSLVPN over the same Internet connection and connect normally, the performance is fine.

    As you already stated out - a lot of refreshing is taking place. In this case it's due to the nature of how HTML5 VPN works that this will be slow. There is nothing one can do about it, so I will close this thread.

    Hi Nils,

    When I access the ACC through an HTML5 VPN, the problem is not with the data refresh, but with the screen refresh.  It appears that there are layers of colour that the screen needs to process sequentially until complete.  However, the problem may improve with better speed in the HTML5 and maybe we will have an updated ACC layout similar to the UTM 9 which may not be as busy with the screen writes.
