[8.930][CLOSED] packet loss while pinging public interface

I've been recording periods of ~10 to 35 minute periods where there is 20% packet loss to the public interface of our unit, running on older ASG320 hardware.  We have an on site HP switch doing routing between public IP addresses in the office to test VPN functionality.  

The dates and times of loss are as follows;
2012-04-04 10:21 pm to 10:46 pm
2012-04-06 2:33 am to 2:52 am
2012-04-07 9:12 pm to 9:36 pm
2012-04-10 7:01 am to 7:26 am
2012-04-13 9:10 am to 9:19 am
2012-04-16 11:12 pm to 11:40 pm

I do not believe there is any other traffic contributing to this loss.
And we are not seeing said loss on other monitored local or remote ASG units.
